I don't promise anything.
In fact , i've been informed at the very last minute.
I will have to excuse myself from the outing.
Adding to that , the rain pour heavily that i could hardly see the road , tree etc.
And my mother don't allow me to go out due to the bad weather.
Will that make you understand my situation as i believe it was not an excuses that i purposely made.
