We class schools into four grades:
Leading school, first-rate school, good school and school


Term 3 survival

My school's vision will always be the first grade.We want to be the leading hospitality school in the region.That could be achieved in years to come.We are still progressing and we're doing well academically from the past record.


"Haini, you are a scholar.I want to see 3 As for every 6 module you take."


School started yesterday.Each of us was looking forward to meet everyone in school.We hugged each other and we shared stories.There's definitely something to share since everyone went their own way during the 3 weeks break.I wanted to start my Monday with laughters and chirpy feelings but one news changed my whole mood.Thus, i did not know how to react and behave on my first day.
I felt utterly dismay that i got an S for my cooking techniques but what sadden me more was the retest is chargeable.$53.50 for one retest and the retest is just on cutting vegetables.I could have pass but i could not detect where i went wrong.I've cast my headmaster and assistant headmaster's hope down and my result proved that i'm badly poor in the kitchen.I swear i'm not going to take any more retest after this.I have to do well and the worst i can go is getting a C+
Apart from this, i'm falling flat when i heard that my classmate will be leaving us.Initially, there were nine of us.Months later, two from India went back home.Left seven for Term 2.And now, we're surviving on six.I felt like its more of a game, leaving one lucky person to complete his or her Advance Diploma.
And so, i just realized that my course and my school life is way way harder than Polytechnic. 
Simply said, whoever taking higher certificate will need to struggle to the very end.

I want to mark this post because today was the first day i stepped into the kitchen and be part of the main course crew.I'm thankful to all my seniors who was there to guide me until service ends.
